There is always a gap between the strategic planning function and the people who are going to implement it. When it comes to implementation, we have a rigorous implementation methodology that helps our clients to achieve long term sustainable and measurable results. Our implementation methodology is called “Task Forces”. We translate the strategy into actionable items and build task forces responsible to drive the implementation. Those Task Forces will be led by our consultants with the support of team leaders selected from the client side. We work on site with these leaders and help them make decisions, share insights and build their capabilities in order to empower them to be the change agents in the organization.
