There is no value of creating the best strategy without being able to implement it. Research has shown that the failure rates at executing strategies are very high. There is always a gap between the strategic planning function and the people who are going to implement it. When it comes to implementation, we have a rigorous implementation methodology that helps our clients to achieve long term sustainable and measurable results. Our implementation methodology is called “Task Forces”. We translate the strategy into actionable items and build task forces responsible to drive the implementation. Those Task Forces will be led by our consultants with the support of team leaders selected from the client side. We work on site with these leaders and help them make decisions, share insights and build their capabilities in order to empower them to be the change agents in the organization.

Recent examples of our work

  • We helped one of our clients translate their strategic plans into executable actions. We worked closely with them to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and help establish effective performance management practices. We applied our implementation methodology by creating task teams; every task team was led by a consultant and a task team leader to lead the Finance, IT, Communication and Operations functions. We supported this client over a period of 6 months and made sure that our consultants transferred the knowledge to their team members.
