Discovery

Great projects begin by understanding the objectives and we begin by asking the right questions. We work to understand brand goals, target audience, the project diameters and the desired outcome.

Conception

We dive into the creative process with the client through analysis, research, synthesis and concept definition. Provide comprehensive benchmarks and case studies of past projects, scope, technological sophistication for similar projects

Design

Both creative and technical aspects from high level to detailed design. Concepts are defined, prototypes are built and pre-visualizations are created. Detail topics and technologies in alignment with the approved experience themes & user journeys

Production

Design and develop interactive applications for experience content. Conduct and oversee end-to-end technology hardware procurement and implementation process including negotiations and alignment with suppliers/sub-contractors, AV integrators and other technology providers

Deployment

In this stage, we will manage and oversee installation process covering content, technology and fabrication. We will oversee user journey installation process to ensure alignment with design objectives in addition to testing the user journey and provide improvement opportunities
